MASTERS ARS INC.

“An Environmental Service Company”

Masters Advance Remediation Services (ARS) Inc. is an emergency environmental response contractor. The origination of Masters ARS was a result of the cumulative years of experience in the heavy wrecker service and emergency response industries of the founder James Wilson. James identified a growing need for pro-active emergency response at accidents involving heavy commercial trucks with hazardous and/or non-hazardous spills that may cause an environmental impact at these sites. James has developed a specially built and equipped ER Trucks and Trailers to bridge the gap between where the fire department completes their duties mitigation and remediation companies begins.

Masters ARS is currently serving the greater Houston, Texas roadways, by responding to heavy truck incidents on a 24/7 basis with highly trained staff. Masters ARS emergency response vehicles have become a welcome site at these incident scenes. Our personnel and response equipment are prepared to handle Houston area motor vehicle fluids, fuel spills, and/or cargo spills in a safely, timely and professional manner.

In 2004, the company adopted a new slogan, “Transportation Incident Management Company” to effectively describe our strategy. Our strategy is reflected in our mission statement… We are constantly looking to improve our services, as we develop strategies in an attempt to provide better service to our customer and those impacted when these events occur on the roadway we all have to use in our daily activities.

“To cut our clients loss and liability after a traffic incident with highly trained personnel by immediate application of proactive procedures and pre-staged state-of-the-art equipment.” Most Fire Department only provided protective measures and/or defensive measures and Hazardous Materials Response Teams (HMRT) may only mitigate the emergency and place protective measures in place. Neither provide remediation and disposal, recycle material, or waste as a result of commercial vehicle incidents. Most all HMRT and some Fire Department are invoicing for time and equipment spent on scenes. Masters ARS pre-staging response vehicles reduces the amount of time Fire Department assets are tied up on these types of incident scenes.

Our service and performance has brought us repeat customers when these unfortunate events have occurred in their operations. We have also had several large insurance companies which we have had repeat business within the past that have been very pleased with our service and performance.

More recently Masters ARS was awarded the Texas Department of Transportation contract in (Houston, Texas) June 2012, to assist in highway emergencies spills cleanup.
